How to use this log
- Calculate a starting ratio with our ratio calculator and write it in the “Ratio” field.
- Brew, taste, and rate body / acidity / sweetness right after pouring.
- Note one thing you'd change for next time. Maybe finer grind. Maybe shorter steep. One change at a time.
- Repeat. Three brews of the same bean usually surface the right recipe. After that, the log lets you reproduce it.
